She's usually standing a little to the side.
Holding a coffee. Dressed well. Looking like she has it together. She's been married for years, building something real alongside her husband — a business, a family, a life that actually means something. Other people lean on her. She shows up. She contributes.
And she is quietly running on empty.
Not because she doesn't love her life. Not because something is broken. But because in the middle of all this building — no one has stopped to ask how she is doing. Not her role. Not her contribution. Not what she can offer next.
Her. Who she is. What she needs. What God might be saying to her in this season.
I've been that woman. I still am, some days.
Here's what I've been noticing: most of the resources — the podcasts, the coaching programs, the events — they're built for the entrepreneur. The content is aimed at him. The growth strategies are designed around his leadership. And that work matters. It's good work.
But who is talking to the woman beside him?
The one carrying this with him. Feeling the wins and absorbing the losses. The one who maybe stepped back from her own career, her own timeline, or simply the version of herself who had space to breathe — so that this could exist.
She's not just a support role. She's an ezer — a word that means strong helper, warrior, life-giver. God used it to describe woman. He used it to describe Himself. There's nothing small about it.
She doesn't need a side conversation at a conference.
She needs a real one.
That's what I'm building — a space where the woman alongside the vision gets to be seen, known, and spoken to directly. Not as an extension of someone else's calling. As a woman with her own.
